Happy February! Layle here with you today to share a few layouts using our brand new DIY Boutique collection!
I have to say, I really love this collection! It's full of bright colors and fun patterns - so many different possibilities to create with!
I used this fun circle background cut file from Kerri Bradford as the starting point for this one. After I cut the circle background out of white cardstock, I then used the 'negative' shapes left over as templates to cut the patterns for the colored insides of the circles.
I added different DIY stickers to the photo, then finished it up by adding our new DIY Enamel Dots around the cirles. This was a FUN layout to create!!
Next up is this layout about my younger son's sense of style. This photo was taken when he was 10 (he's now 13) - even back then he had a sense of style and certainly knew what it was!
This 'No Worries' DIY Boutique paper is so easy to work with and makes putting a layout together so quick & easy! The pattern you see along the bottom and right edge of the layout is part of the paper. I just added a few coordinating DIY circle stickers to the paper with pop dots for some extra dimension.
Sequins are such a popular trend in scrapbooking right now, so I love how our designers incorporated sequins as part of the paper design. To play up the printed sequins a bit, I added a few of my own silver sequins with glue dots.
