Fan Focus Friday

Hi there! Layle here with you today :)

Today I'm back for the 2nd month of our new monthly blog feature called Fan Focus Friday!

We have so many great Simple Stories fans out there that we thought it would be fun to showcase some of the work shared with us.

So, here goes!

This month, let me introduce you to Andrea Corriveau -

Andrea does beautiful work with our products! I'm super excited to have her join us this month :)

Hello! My name is Andrea Corriveau and I live in Michigan. I’m a stay at home mom of three great kids who inspire most of my scrapbooking.

I have been scrapbooking for about 12 years now. This “obsession” started with one rubber stamp; that turned into card making, layouts, mini albums, and teaching a variety of classes at local scrapbook stores. My motto has always been, “just give me patterned paper and I’ll make something awesome!”

I truly love this hobby, and I love the memories that I’m preserving for my children.

Here's a little peek into Andrea's creativity using our I Heart Summer collection!

Andrea shared this with me about her project -

Seriously...who doesn’t love summer?! I couldn’t wait to get my hands on this line as my summer album is usually my favorite of the year; it’s when I get to spend the most time just hanging out with my kids.

I love the wide range of things you can do with the Simple Stories papers, and mini albums are my favorite. I cut up the papers, added different sized pages, pocket pages, fold outs, and even a flip page. I embellished with accents from the line, ribbon and gems...and that’s it!

I hope this project inspires you to think outside of the box and create something that you’re proud of.

Don't you just LOVE it?! I think my favorite thing about it, besides the great photos of Andrea and her family, is the fact that the book is vertical with the rings at the top! Gives the project such a fun, different look.
