Attending the Craft & Hobby Association show is one of my favorite things to do every year. I love to be surrounded by all the new products, but it never fails that I arrive home and forget half of what inspired me! This year I am determined to take notes and tons of photos so that I can remember every little bit of scrappin' goodness that I find!
To that end, I decided I needed a note pad....of course, it must be a cute note pad. So, I pulled out my SN@P! scraps and went to work transforming a dollar store notebook!
Here are my quick & easy steps:
1. Cover base with patterned paper:
2. Create scalloped edges with border punch...I start in the center of my strip and punch outward from both sides to assure that my edges are even.
3. Add border strip and strip of striped paper to top of journal:
4. Add additional patterned paper as shown:
5. Weave ribbon through wires and tie off both ends:
6. Add additional stickers and you are all set!
