Hi all it's Kellie here today with a altered project! It's almost Valentines Day so I thought I would share a project that I make for my kid's teachers. My daughter loves to give her teacher what she calls a jar full of blessings. In the jar we place messages that the kids have wrote to their teacher, along with some chocolates. We have even involved the whole class in writing messages, so the teacher has enough in the jar to pull one out everyday until the end of the school year. Just a little something to brighten his or her day!
For this altered jar I decorated it with Vintage Bliss. I punched some flowers and a butterfly out of Give Love, Laugh Lots, and Pink Floral paper. I then cut out one of the 2 x 12 borders in the Title Strip Elements paper and then added some buttons.
On the inside of the jar I made a bunch of tickets from a Tim Holz die I had. I cut the tickets from "Grid". I then decorated them with the Fundamental Cardstock Stickers. On the tickets will be sweet messages to my kids teacher from my daughter. I plan on filling the jar with chocolate kisses.
Another jar I have done is with Harvest Lane another very adorable paper line. I basically did the jar the same way but with Harvest Lane and inside this jar I did a string of hearts.
