I was so excited to hear that Simple Stories was partnering up with Scor-Pal to showcase their fabulous product! This tool has so many different uses from the very simple to the very elaborate. I love all the tutorials and ideas you can find on the Scor-Pal website! Today though, I'm going to show you how my Scor-Pal gets the most use -- a simple technique that makes gift giving a SN@P!
I love to make custom wrappers for all different sized treats....and my Scor-Pal makes it a snap....no more rulers to measure where to fold the paper. All I have to do is place my paper on the Scor-Pal with my treat on the top and score away! Within minutes I have the perfect wrapper for my treat!
Step #1 - Gather supplies that you will be using.... for my treat wrapper, I pulled some of the pink & red papers from the SN@P! line - perfect for Valentine's Day!
Step #2 - Place paper for wrapper tight in the upper left corner of the Scor-Pal. Place treat on top and score paper along the right edge of the treat. Then tilt your treat up to measure where next score line will go. Do this along all four sides of treat. Trim paper down to desired width and wrap around treat, sealing edge with Scor-Pal adhesive tape.
Step #3 - Decorate as desired. I used my Scor-Pal to put a slight accordion fold in my hearts. Again just line them up and score away. Super quick & easy!
I love the added dimension that scoring provides! Supply List: Scor-Pal and Scor-Pal Tape Adhesive SN@P!

fun!
