I think I've said this before, but I LOVE decorating mini album covers! And the Sn@p binders' bare cover is perfect for a bit of misting, to add some subtle interest. I then went ahead and layered up some patterned papers from the 6"x6" paper pads and the final (fun) step is adding lots of bits and pieces.
The focus on the cover is the coin holder type accent. I die cut it from some Sn@p patterned paper and then added some bits and pieces cut from papers to each circular window.
I've included a quick peek at my first few pages below. They're not terribly interesting, I've kept them quite simple using the Sn@p 3"x4" and 4"x6" journaling and quote cards mixed with some everyday photos. My aim with this album is to have a place to record lots of little snippets of our life that may not need a full scrapbook layout!
I'm hopeless at keeping up with projects like these so that's why I've gone for the smaller format (6"x8") and I'm not keeping to a set layout. Quite simply, I'll add to the album whenever and whatever I like!
I've got one last tip for you today. I just love adding dimension to Simple Stories stickers by raising them up on pop dots and I've discovered this nifty little tool that adds powder to the back of stickers so they don't "stick" anymore! If you haven't discovered this yet, go check it out! It's the perfect companion to you if you like to play around with your stickers!
