Finally!  We're so excited to announce that our much anticipated SN@P! products are here!  We're crazy busy in the warehouse getting orders shipped to our valued retailers and store owners - so very soon you'll see some of the colorful, oh-so-fun SN@P! goodies at your favorite scrapbook store or online retailer!

We know you're just as excited as we are - we know you'll love this bright, vibrant fun collection.  Our design team members have been busy creating FABULOUS projects so very soon you'll have loads of inspiration for capturing your life moments in a SN@P!

{SN@P! BINDER UPDATE}

We wanted to inform our valued customers and retailers that unfortunately, upon our intial shippments we have found some quality issues in a batch of our albums and we are currently working on resolving the issue as soon as possible.

Please know that quality products are our highest priority, as we want only the best product represented for our stores, customers and Simple Stories. We are conducting quality checks on all our albums and once this is done we will resume shipping albums to our retailers.

We know you're anticipating these new beautiful, colorful binders and we apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. We appreciate your support for our Simple Stories and SN@P! products - it gives us great pride to help play a role in documenting your important memories.  A role we take very seriously - we thank you for your understanding and patience in this matter.

Bought 2 binders this weekend and you are right, quality was terrible and I was disappointed. There was a run in the fabric on the spine of one and on the other the pages & tabs were extremely bent. Not a good start as I was very excited to get going with this whole new project using this system.

Picked up some last week and noticed when I sat down today that one of my binders has a huge indent on the front of it... of course I didn't see it right away and threw the cardboard and such away. Love the product and such. The other one all the cardboard tabs are bent... any suggestions?
